A word from the author

Hello, my hame is Heather Visser, welcome to my little bite of the internet. Thoughts, pictures, lots of coffee, family, and friends is what you'll most likely find in my little world. 

I am a young 20-something on a career path in the health field, although that is not where I intended myself to be, it is where I am at. Life and the Lord have a way of throwing curves at you like that; I wouldn't have it any other way. 

I love books, re-watching my favorite movies (at least a dozen times), documentaries, music, my curly head of hair, and being around people that know me well. 

I am happily married to my best friend. I know a lot of people say that but literally, we were best friends before we ever dated and after being in that blissful situation I don't know why I tried dating any other way. Silly Heather. We are currently midwestern dwellers with our eyes on the horizon for our next step. 

My husband is from Michigan, as his little sister Aleena would put it: "The mitten that holds my heart." He is fiercely protective of those that he loves, wise, gentle, and very loving. I am blessed to be married to such a man and to be included into the Visser family.
